Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and ElasticFlow, Inc. ("ElasticFlow," "we," "us") for using our website and services at elasticflow.app.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you're using our services for a company, you represent that you can bind that company to these Terms.

ElasticFlow provides an AI-powered workflow automation platform. We may update, modify, or discontinue features, but we'll give you reasonable notice of significant changes.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your password secure
• Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

You're responsible for activity on your account. We're not liable for unauthorized access unless caused by our negligence.

Pricing

• Prices are shown on our website in EUR
• We'll give you at least 30 days notice before price changes
• Price changes don't apply to your current billing period

Refunds

• Annual plans: Full refund within 30 days if you're not satisfied
• Monthly plans: Cancel anytime, access continues until end of billing period

Trials

If you start a trial, we'll remind you before it ends. You won't be charged unless you explicitly upgrade.

You own your content. Everything you upload, create, or store using our services belongs to you.

You give us a limited license to use your content solely to provide our services to you—nothing more. We won't use your content for marketing, training AI, or any other purpose without your explicit permission.

You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

We keep our rules simple. Don't use our services to:

• Break the law or help others break the law
• Harm, harass, or threaten others
• Distribute malware or spam
• Try to hack or disrupt our systems
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights

We own ElasticFlow's software, design, and branding. You get a license to use our services while you're a customer—that's it.

If you give us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve our services without compensation (but we'll be grateful!).

We commit that:

• Our services will work substantially as described
• We'll use reasonable security measures to protect your data
• We'll provide support as described in your plan

Beyond that, our services are provided "as is." We can't guarantee 100% uptime or that the services will meet every specific need you have.

What we're not liable for: Indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss that isn't caused by our gross negligence.

Our maximum liability:

• If you paid less than €1,000 in the 12 months before the claim: our maximum liability is 40% of the amount you paid.
• If you paid €1,000 or more in the 12 months before the claim: our maximum liability is €1,000.

Exceptions: These limits don't apply to death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that can't be limited by law.

By You

Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

By Us

We may terminate your account if you:

• Seriously violate these Terms
• Don't pay your fees after reminders

We'll give you at least 30 days notice for any other reason.

After Termination

You have 30 days to export your data. After that, we'll delete it from our systems.

Let's talk first: Before any legal action, contact us at support@elasticflow.app. We'll try to resolve things informally within 60 days.

Governing law: Finnish law governs these Terms.

Where to resolve disputes: Courts of Helsinki, Finland, unless you're a consumer with different rights under local law.

• These Terms (plus our Privacy Policy and other linked policies) are the entire agreement between us
• If we don't enforce a provision, it doesn't mean we waive it
• If any provision is invalid, the rest still applies
• You can't transfer your account without our permission; we can transfer ours with notice to you
